At Kandoo, we believe in empowering our staff by allowing them to choose their availability for their roster. This not only ensures that our staff can work at the times that suit their personal preferences, but also results in a happier workforce that is more productive and reliable. Alongside this, we offer a rewarding program to our staff who are able to earn rewards as they work.
